David has worked in senior Human Resources leadership roles in multiple sectors and geographies with a common theme of multi sited, complex service industries. Although his career started in the retail sector with Coles Myer where he worked for over 13 years, the last 20 years have been in the health and life sciences sectors in some of the most recognisable organisations including; Royal North Shore Hospital, Medtronic, Hong Kong Hospital Authority, St Vincents Health Australia, HealthCare of Australia/Mayne Nickless and Ramsay Healthcare.

Most notably, David has the unique experience of having worked in the public sector, aged care and private hospitals as well as diagnostic imaging and pathology and medical devices. As the most senior Human Resources practitioner in the organisations in which he has worked, much of David’s focus has been on developing leaders, designing, implementing, managing and supporting significant organisational and cultural change programs working with CEO’s and Boards. David’s expertise and experiences in leadership development, executive succession management and change management have been well recognised with various public speaking engagements and peer review awards, particularly in Asia. David has worked extensively in Asia, as well as Australia, and has worked with various Australian Government bodies such as Health Workforce Australia on an adhoc basis.
